We are a goose processing facility located in Teulon, MB. We currently process and package two breeds of geese to cater to the Chinese BBQ (siu mei) and the traditional holiday goose markets. We have seasonal production from June to October and employ between 11-70 employees depending on time of year. Established in January 1976.
